Cancellation & Refunds Policy
No refunds
All payments made on Fold are final and non-refundable. Because access is delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once a transaction is completed.
Access period
Paid access runs for a fixed billing period and does not auto-renew. When that period ends, your account simply returns to the free tier or inactive paid state, depending on your plan.
Failed or stuck transactions
Payments are processed by Razorpay. If your payment was deducted but access was not granted, or if a transaction appears stuck, please email support@fold.news with your Razorpay payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.
